"Sophie has been supporting our non-verbal son with his communication needs for the past academic year both in school and at home, supporting us as a family to ensure he can form a communication method to have his needs met. Sophie has taken time to build a lovely relationship with our son, getting to know him to understand how she can support him best. He enjoys his sessions and responds well to her input, and as a family we are seeing so much progress. Sophie is always reviewing and adapting his plan, supporting his teachers to try new strategies and being responsive to what he needs. It feels such a personal service and feel this is why our son responds so well to her.
